Our History

For years our business has anonymously adopted families at Christmas through various agencies.we soon realized that poverty never takes a holiday and many families are left without during the rest of the year;by shopping shrewdly throughout the year, one could collect a large amount of wonderful items.Collectively pooling resources to support families on a seasonal basis Spring/Summer, Back to School and Christmas the number of families served could be truly amazing. What if you could expose the children to reading and math tutoring, instrumental music, dance or martial arts lessons? Their unlocked talent, increased self-esteem and unrealized potential would possibly break the bonds of poverty. Thus, 4FLORA was born.Foundations For Lifting Others Regardless of Age. I wrote down the initials and it spelled my grandmother's name Flora who is alive and well and still encouraging me at age 94.

Gift boxes are wrapped with a 4 FLORA enclosure card and given anonymously to the family by their contact person.
